Terms of Service

We are App Fusion LLC (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) — a limited liability company registered in Georgia, with its registered office at 14 Giorgi Shervashidze Street, Daba Tskneti, Vake District, Tbilisi, Georgia, Identification Number: 405730829.
The Company owns and operates the Structo software platform (the “Platform”), a comprehensive digital ecosystem for business process management. While the Platform offers specialized tools for real estate development companies, its core modules such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and financial reporting serve a broader range of industries including retail, logistics, and services.
By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any related annexes.
1. Definitions
1.1 Platform – Structo software platform, operated by App Fusion LLC.
1.2 Company / We / Us – App Fusion LLC, owner and operator of Structo.
1.3 User / You – Any legal entity or individual using Structo.
1.4 Service(s) – Features, modules, integrations, and functionalities offered via Structo.
1.5 User Account – Registered business account on the Platform.
1.6 User Data – Any content uploaded or provided by the User, including client or financial data.
1.7 Subscription – The paid access to the Platform’s services.
Article 2: Legal Scope
2.1 These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and App Fusion LLC.
2.2 Acceptance occurs upon registration or use of the Platform.
2.3 If you do not agree, you must cease using the Platform immediately.
2.4 Updates to these Terms will be communicated and take effect as described in Article 25.
Article 3: Agreement Structure
3.1 These Terms include general terms and specific module terms (e.g., CRM, Real Estate).
3.2 In case of conflict, specific terms will override general ones.
3.3 The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of this Agreement.
Article 4: Description of Service
4.1 Structo is a cloud-based SaaS platform providing real estate automation (sales, installments, rentals, barter) and universal business tools (CRM, reporting, cashflow, notifications).
4.2 Key features include CRM and deal tracking, financial monitoring, invoice and code generation, reminders, forecasting, and secure data storage.
4.3 Access is granted to businesses that complete registration and accept these Terms.
4.4 Structo reserves the right to update features; material changes will be communicated to the User.
Article 5: Beta and Demo Services
5.1 Beta or demo access is provided "as is" and may be reset within 24 hours.
5.2 No liability applies for data entered into demo environments.
5.3 This clause does not apply to the paid production environment.
Article 6: Data Processing
6.1 Structo processes data exclusively based on instructions from the User, who is the Data Controller. Structo acts as the Data Processor.
6.2 Data types include contact data, transactions, and technical session data.
6.3 Structo uses encryption, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and access controls to ensure data security.
6.4 Data is never processed for marketing purposes by Structo.
6.5 Users can access, correct, or delete personal data via their Data Controller.
Article 7: User Obligations
7.1 The User is obligated to: (a) Register truthfully; (b) Safeguard credentials; (c) Enter only lawful and authorized data; (d) Use the Platform for lawful purposes.
Article 8: Acceptable Use
8.1 No illegal use (fraud, phishing, etc.) is permitted.
8.2 No system interference or reverse engineering of the Platform is allowed.
8.3 No selling or unauthorized sharing of data extracted from the Platform.
8.4 Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.
Article 9: Third-Party Applications and Compliance
9.1 Structo integrates with external providers (e.g., banks, email gateways). Structo is not liable for third-party outages or data issues.
9.2 Third-party service providers (sub-processors) are engaged by Structo only based on the documented instructions of the Data Controller (Platform User), in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
Article 10: Payments
10.1 Users pay based on the chosen subscription plan.
10.2 Late payments may result in the suspension of access to the Platform.
10.3 Refunds are generally not provided unless required by law or agreed in writing.
Article 11: Organization Accounts
11.1 Organizations must assign an Admin responsible for user management.
11.2 Organizations are liable for all internal user actions within their account.
Article 12: CRM Data (Personal Data)
12.1 The User is the Data Controller. Structo is the Data Processor and does not own or reuse the data.
12.2 All CRM data is considered strictly confidential.
Article 13: Communications
13.1 Structo uses in-app notifications, SMS, and email to notify users about service updates or payments.
13.2 Marketing opt-out is available, but not for system-critical or administrative messages.
Article 14: Complaints
14.1 Structo does not offer individual end-user support. If you are a data subject, please contact the business (Data Controller) who entered your data.
14.2 Businesses can contact Structo via the official contact email: contact@structo.info.
Article 15: Data Retention and Termination
15.1 Data is retained during active subscriptions.
15.2 After termination, a 30-day Export Period applies.
15.3 Users are responsible for exporting their data within that timeframe.
15.4 After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted and becomes unrecoverable.
Article 16: Data Ownership
16.1 All data remains the User’s property. Structo may use it only to provide and improve the Service.
16.2 Data export functionality is always available to active Users.
Article 17: Hosting and International Transfers
17.1 Data is stored in secure data centers and regular backups are performed.
17.2 Where User Data is stored or processed outside Georgia or the European Economic Area (EEA), Structo ensures that such transfers are based on valid legal mechanisms, such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards, as required by Georgian law.
Article 18: User-Generated Content
18.1 Content must comply with applicable law. Structo claims no ownership over user-created content.
Article 19: Intellectual Property
19.1 All software code, design, and branding belong exclusively to App Fusion LLC.
19.2 Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for business purposes.
Article 20: Disclaimer
20.1 The Platform is provided “as is.” No guarantee of error-free service is made unless stated in a separate written Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Article 21: Limitation of Liability
21.1 Structo is not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
21.2 Liability is capped at the total amount paid by the User in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Article 22: Force Majeure
22.1 Structo is not liable for service disruption caused by events beyond its control (e.g., war, internet failure, natural disasters).
Article 23: Governing Law
23.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Georgia.
Article 24: Termination
24.1 Users can terminate use at any time. Structo may terminate access immediately for any violation of these Terms.
Article 25: Updates to Terms
25.1 Structo may modify these Terms. Material changes will be communicated at least 15 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
