This document outlines the Privacy Policy of Structo as a digital ecosystem. Structo is a B2B product owned and operated by App Fusion LLC (Identification Code: 405730829) (hereinafter referred to as "we," "our," or the "Company").

 

Platform Scope The platform is designed for businesses and organizations across various industries (including but not limited to Real Estate, Retail, Services, and Logistics) to enable them to administer business operations, manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) processes, streamline financial operations, and automate workflows.

 

Our platform processes information provided by our business clients ("Platform Users"), including the personal data of their customers, partners, and employees, as well as commercial and financial information. This data is solely used to provide technological support to Platform Users and to optimize their business processes.

1. What Information We Collect

Through Structo's software, we collect only the data necessary for administering business operations, ensuring the proper functioning of the platform, and meeting our legal obligations. Depending on the specific industry modules utilized by the Platform User, this data includes:

 

Personal Information entered into the system The software collects data entered by Platform Users for the purpose of creating and managing contracts, sales, and CRM profiles: • Identity Data: Full Name, Personal ID Number (or relevant Tax ID) required for security, identification, and compliance with legal requirements (e.g., for contract generation). • Contact Information: Phone number, email address, and physical address necessary for communication, notifications, and support.

 

Transaction and Commercial Data The software collects and stores information necessary for managing commercial operations: • Financial Records: Data on completed and expected payments, installments, and invoices. • Transaction Objects: Information regarding the specific subject of the transaction. Depending on the business sector, this may include: * For Real Estate: Property specifications, cadastral codes, and unit details. * For General Commerce: Product SKUs, service descriptions, and inventory data. • Unique Identifiers: Codes used to simplify transaction identification and linkage to specific contracts.

 

Payment Information • Banking Details: Used solely for payment identification (e.g., matching bank transfers to invoices) and strictly for the duration necessary to complete the reconciliation process.

 

Automatically Collected Information The software automatically collects technical data to improve platform performance and ensure security: • Technical Data: Such as IP address, browser type, device information, and operating system. • Service Usage Data: Information regarding user actions performed on the platform to enhance services and for analytics.

 

2. How We Process Your Data

Structo provides a technological infrastructure where data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently. Structo acts as a Data Processor, processing data on behalf of and according to the instructions of the Platform User (the Data Controller).

 

Specifically, Structo processes data for the following purposes:

 

Business Process & CRM Management • Contract & Document Automation: Using input data to generate contracts, acceptance acts, invoices, and other legal documents relevant to the user’s industry. • Customer Relationship Management: Storing communication history and customer preferences to facilitate better service delivery.

 

Financial Operations • Transaction Monitoring & Cashflow: Monitoring payment history to ensure financial transparency and generate automated financial reports. • Payment Reminders: Sending automated notifications regarding upcoming or overdue payments via integrated communication channels.

 

Communication and Support • Service Notifications: Sending essential updates, OTPs (One-Time Passwords), or administrative alerts. • Support: Providing technical assistance to Platform Users.

 

Security and Analytics • Fraud Prevention: Analyzing technical logs to prevent unauthorized access. • Platform Optimization: Using aggregated, non-identifiable data to improve system speed and usability.

 

3. Legal Basis for Processing Your Data

Structo processes personal data in compliance with the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection and aligns with international standards, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU Regulation 2016/679), where applicable.

 

We process data based on:

 

Performance of Contractual Obligations • Data is processed to enable Platform Users to utilize the software for their business needs (e.g., selling goods, renting property, providing services).

 

Legitimate Interests • Optimizing the platform, ensuring network security, and preventing fraud.

 

Your Consent • Required for specific features, such as integrating personal communication channels (e.g., WhatsApp) or specific data processing activities outside standard contractual necessity.

 

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

Structo does not share Platform Users’ data with third parties for marketing purposes. • Legal Requirements: Data may be transferred if required by law (e.g., court order). • Infrastructure Provider: Structo solely provides the technological ecosystem and is responsible for its security.

 

5. Third-Party Integrations and Sub-processors

Structo integrates with trusted third-party services to ensure platform functionality. Structotransmits only the necessary technical information required to execute specific operations.

 

Categories of Sub-processors: To provide our services, we may engage third-party service providers (Sub-processors) in the following categories: • Cloud Hosting & Infrastructure: Providers that host the platform’s servers, databases, and ensure system availability. • Communication Service Providers: Services used for sending emails, SMS, or WhatsApp messages (e.g., Meta Platforms, SMS Gateways). • Financial Integrations: Banking APIs and financial institutions for payment verification and exchange rate data. • Analytics & Security: Tools for monitoring system performance, error tracking, and security auditing.

 

All sub-processors are vetted for security compliance and are bound by data processing agreements.

 

6. Cookies and Tracking

Structo utilizes essential cookies and local storage mechanisms strictly necessary for the platform's proper functioning, system security, and user authentication (e.g., maintaining active sessions).

 

Currently, Structo does not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels. However, if non-essential cookies (such as analytics or marketing trackers) are introduced in the future, explicit consent will be obtained from users before such cookies are activated.

 

7. Data Retention

Structo retains data for the duration necessary for Platform Users to fulfill their business obligations. • Deletion Policy: If a Platform User discontinues the use of Structo, their data is automatically deleted from the system 30 days after service termination, unless a longer retention period is required by law or requested by the user for data migration purposes.

 

8. Security, AI, and Communication Modules

Security Measures Structo implements enterprise-grade security: • Encryption of data in transit and at rest. • Role-based access control (RBAC). • Multi-factor authentication (MFA). • Regular vulnerability assessments.

 

Communication Channels (SRM & CRM) Structo allows integration with third-party platforms (e.g., Meta Platforms - WhatsApp/Messenger, Email providers, SMS gateways) to automate communication. • Consent: Messages are sent only after obtaining explicit consent from the recipient. • Data Minimization: Only necessary data (phone number/email, message body) is processed.

 

Telephony Integration • Storage: Call audio recordings are stored exclusively on the telephony operator’s servers. • Access: Structo provides a secure interface to access these recordings but does not host the files directly.

 

Artificial Intelligence (StructoAI) Structo may utilize AI technologies to provide features such as: • Smart Analytics: Predictive analysis of sales and revenue. • Automated Categorization: Classifying bank transactions or CRM entries. Note: Structo does not use client data to train public AI models. Data processed by AI is used strictly for the specific business context of the user.

 

9. Your Privacy Rights

As a data subject, you have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing of your personal data. Note for End-Customers: If your data is processed by a company using Structo (e.g., you bought an apartment or service from a company using our software), please direct your privacy requests specifically to that company (the Data Controller). Structo will assist the Controller in fulfilling these requests technically.

 

10. Do-Not-Track & Updates

Structo does not track users across third-party websites. We may update this policy to reflect technological changes. Material changes will be notified via email or platform alerts.
