This document outlines the Privacy Policy of Structo as a digital ecosystem. Structo is a B2B product owned and operated by App Fusion LLC (Identification Code: 405730829) (hereinafter referred to as "we," "our," or the "Company").
The platform is designed for businesses and organizations across various industries (including but not limited to Real Estate, Retail, Services, and Logistics) to enable them to administer business operations, manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) processes, streamline financial operations, and automate workflows. Our platform processes information provided by our business clients ("Platform Users"), which includes the personal data of their customers, partners, and employees.

WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Through Structo's software, we collect only the data necessary for administering business operations and ensuring the proper functioning of the platform:
• Personal Information: Full Name, Personal ID Number, phone number, and email address (necessary for contract generation, sales management, and CRM profiles).
• Transaction and Commercial Data: Financial records, payment history, installment schedules, and invoices.
• Banking Information: Banking details used solely for payment identification and the automated reconciliation (matching) process.
• Automatically Collected Technical Information: Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and system logs for security purposes.
HOW WE PROCESS YOUR DATA (CONTROLLER VS PROCESSOR)
App Fusion LLC acts as a Data Processor, processing data on behalf of and according to the instructions of the Platform User (the Data Controller). Specifically, Structo processes data for the following purposes:
• Business Process & CRM Management: Using input data to generate contracts, acceptance acts, invoices, and other legal documents.
• Financial Operations: Monitoring transaction history to ensure financial transparency and generate automated financial reports (Cashflow).
• Automated Notifications: Sending reminders regarding upcoming or overdue payments via integrated communication channels.
Structo does not perform independent processing of personal data. Responsibility for the data entered into the platform rests solely with the Platform Users.
THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS AND SUB-PROCESSORS
To ensure platform functionality, Structo integrates with the following trusted third-party services:
• Official Banking: Direct API connection with Bank of Georgia (BOG) and TBC Bank for automated Cashflow and contract synchronization.
• Meta API: Fully compliant integration protecting social assets and managing communication channels.
• Secure AI: Enterprise-ready connection to world-leading AI models for business analytics and data categorization.
• Google OAuth: Secure Gmail synchronization via OAuth 2.0 without password sharing.
• Direct SMS: Official SMS gateways ensuring guaranteed delivery of notifications.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Railway (ensuring secure hosting, database management, and system availability).
SECURITY AND AI (STRUCTOAI)
Security Measures: App Fusion LLC implements enterprise-grade security, including encryption of data in transit and at rest, and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
Artificial Intelligence: StructoAI is utilized strictly for the specific business context of the user. We do not use client data to train public AI models.
DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
Structo retains data for the duration necessary for Platform Users to fulfill their business obligations. If a Platform User discontinues the use of Structo, their data is automatically deleted from the system 30 days after service termination, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
As a data subject, you have the right to request access, rectification, or erasure of your personal data.
Note for End-Customers: If your data is processed by a company using Structo (e.g., you purchased a property or service from one of our clients), please direct your privacy requests specifically to that company (the Data Controller). Structo provides the technical tools for these organizations to manage and delete data in compliance with relevant laws.
Complaints
If you believe your personal data has been processed unlawfully or your rights under Georgian data protection law have been violated, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia:
